Hi. I gained an Epic Earth and and metal I believe epic mister via the free chest but don't see it anywhere. not in hatchery or gift box. very annoyed at this.
What is the procedure for retrieval please.

I downloded the game yesterday off app store. using galaxy s7

@Failanx Hey mate, welcome Are you sure it was an egg and not cells? Because I think you got cells. You need 100 cells to craft a monster in the monster lab building!

@Failanx you cant till you have high enough level to repair the lab I believe its level 25 but they will be there

ok I will check once I repair the lab thanks. on a side note. do you know how to add friends? the link I share doesn't add friends. even though the button says add friends. what am I doing wrong? my family have joined the game using the link but we are not listed under friends.

also we do not use facebook

@Failanx I think there lies the problem the game still needs fb to do that also to save game progress they are working on another method but its still fb for now
