Dungeon master she can total blind all enemies and deactivate all cooldowns from allies and use random negative effects.Plus she has a nice cooldown activation

Queen Luthien is a good debuffer because she can apply photophobic shields and damage boosts and normal shelds,she can also blind,daze,and stun enemies.She is also useful when she is possessed,because her high boost move comes with a bad downside.
