Okay so a while back when Fyber was the offer wall provider I did an offer for Hulu but didn't do it through the link because I didn't trust it with my credit card info so I signed up directly on Hulu's site and issued a support ticket. I provided a screenshot of my confirmation and got back a response that said:
"Thank you for contacting us.
Our system automatically blocks accounts according to certain criteria; we are very sorry, but we cannot change these settings manually.
Please look into alternative payment methods offered by your game.
It is with regret that we inform you that there is nothing else we can do for you."
Now on the offer wall is empty of offers. Okay I get why I couldn't get the offer that was dumb on my part but I don't know if I should be banned for the mistake... I tried to contact them but I got no response. Soon after they switched to IronSource so I dropped it. Now SocialPoint is back to Fyber. When this first happened I saw offers so I thought I was good. When I clicked on an offer it said it was no longer available and when it went back to the offer page it's empty of offers.
I tried contacting Fyber again but the person didn't understand the issue I guess they kept telling me to submit a ticket through the wall which I could not do. I submitted another ticket but got no response, submitted a ticket with Social Point for a possible Fyber contact and got no response.
Without Monsterwood gems I don't know if I can stay competitive to keep playing. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Thank you for your replies! I am opted out on the ad settings.
I have tried to email Fyber but I never received a response. Is there a best practice to contact them as a consumer?
It stinks because I've been playing for around 2 years and that is a great source of gems.
I've not had any Monsterwood offers for months and I'm not sure why. It loads up and shows "No Offers". I tried to complete a Hulu offer and did not sign up through the link because I don't trust my card number on a third party site. I signed up on my home PC and sent in the screenshot of my Hulu confirmation email after I reported a problem with Fyber. They came back and said "Our system automatically blocks accounts to certain criteria, we are very sorry, but we cannot change these settings manually.
Please look into alternate payment methods offered by your game.
It is with regret that we inform you there is nothing else we can do for you. "
They have always made good on there offers before so I'm confused. The only thing that I can think of is that I use a sudo name for my report issues and my screenshot had my real name. Either way no scamming was involved.
If anyone has any ideas or comments I would be very appreciative for your help.
