@bettina-löffler I’m using an iPad I’ve never played on anything else

Hi I’ve been trying to watch video clips to get my rewards but they either don’t show videos or they don’t allow exit of clips I’ve watched about 7 now and can’t achieve daily task hope you can help thanks
