@skidragon Yeah, Category is really the only thing that matters to me. The rarity doesn't even really mean much anymore, given how often we've seen "VR" Dragons go on sale lately.

There was a time when the Pure Dragon was one of the strongest Dragons in the game. Someday we can all tell our grandkids about it!

We don't even have information on this Dragon, though I assume it has to be a Level 5 or 9, so I'm not going to clog up my hatchery for the race. Maybe if SP actually told us what we're trying to breed I could get excited over it?

@Nynaevelan I wouldn't say the chance to get more resources is pointless, especially a three week event where you could easily have at least three happy hours. Also most players are not as advanced as we are. Whatever they can get is a plus.

One happy hour, on the second day of a three week event IIRC, is next to useless. They were killed by the mini-event with different rules for everyone and the constant flash offers.

Also if you want the 4 gems along Runner's path, best get started ASAP. The third node has five fights and the first wait time is 2h, 23m.

It occurred to me as well to make a pure first element Dragon with a Legend attack, but as far as I know there is none in the game at all. Maybe I'm wrong since I only took a quick look?

This Dragon would easily be the strongest in the game, assuming it had a decent trainable Legend attack like Legend Spell or Aurora Borealis. Then you have Sea that can critically hit three elements, and war attacks that are some of the strongest. The Dragon would destroy everything. It would almost be unfair.

Then again the only way to make a Dragon stronger than High Entity is to do a Heroic with first pure and a strong legend attack. The war and sea attacks might be overkill.

The Dragonarium thing wouldn't work for me. Back when the Dragon Market used to pay out hundreds of millions of food I would feed all my Dragons up to Level 40 right away, so I have about 250-300 of them. I would have to buy hundreds of slots and move them all back and forth every time.

It makes me wonder if they're not doing this because people are using less food now that it's almost impossible to rank up Dragons in the combat world? I sent in a ticket explaining to them that there's no incentive to feed them up to high levels if you're not using them to fight, and then this happens.

So I won't be participating in any of these where we have to feed useless Dragons to level 40 unless they give us something really special. I have the food (for now), but a lottery ticket that gives you a one in a million chance is not going to cut it.

Free Spirit has been on sale for 225 quite often the last few months, yet it's still supposed to be "very rare?" Maybe they don't understand how this is supposed to work?

Gravity is a good get, but still a Cat 7. Creating Cats 6-8 was really shortsighted IMO, and now they're totally useless in the new combat world.

So this one will cost 225 gems and forever remain at Level 7, unless they throw it into one of those new tournaments.

My cinema never switched over to Panther, which is just fine for me, but bad for those who need it.

It's still on the 5 each, Gem-Maze Coin-Food/Gold, which is much better than the random Dragon giveaways that often give 14 or even 15 Food/Gold.
