    We had a member get several Uria’s Pets with less that 3. 4 support tickets later, they are still convinced that all monsters come with a random number of slots always.

    Other changes in value I see as a result of this:

    Bull got a nice boost on offense, along with tough/hardened. Any chance to resist possess is valuable. Timmy too...

    Strength is more dangerous on non possess resist offense. Probably going to be a number of rune tweaks on offense people make because of all of this. And we’ve got relics coming too...

    Volt actually gets a slight boost in value, since he’s now one of the few (only really) that will pretty consistently run through a possess. The addition of charge to the pool hurts him a little haha. And there’s some slight chance he will special on you, but on the whole he’s gonna power through stuff. Advantage volt.

    Creatures that use self buff and extra turn moves outside of volt lost value because they can’t do it with certainty but self buff moves and additional extra turn are still important and loading up on extras on people like Barbatos to make them more possess resistant will be more common. And those creatures are still offensive pluses over straight non possess resist because if they hit themselves it will be non buffed, but when they get a turn it will hit the defense harder. They just don’t get free possess resist anymore. Also now a creature that has possess resist AND extra turn moves would make actual sense.

    This is really a pretty massive and sweeping change in a lot of areas. I like it, but with so much impact there’s gonna be a lot of strong opinions on it. For a long time.

    Now Hackster aside, there’s other creatures that get some really huge benefits here. Creatures that bring possess and possess resist got hit from both ends and this turns those types into legitimate defensive plays. Nishant’s Pet is a big one, and I’d argue that his team shop price no longer reflects his value in the game. (Meaning he’s better than a lot of generals now, not that current team shop prices aren’t outrageous). He’s gonna be able to defend well against himself, even bigger versions of himself. Eggeater, mommy, junior, etc... even creatures like galante and and mystery get sizable bumps.

    I do agree with the change on the basis that it does make sense, gives the AI some realistic chance, etc. I will also say that to me I was loading up on possess and possess resist before this because I felt just the increased variety in the library setting bumped its value. This sends it through the roof. So I’m not sure if it’s “necessary” for game balance or whatnot, but I still see it as a good, sensible change. I may have some bias based on my roster choices.

    @David-ML

    It doesn’t sound like they executed properly, but it sounds like that was supposed to happen with Jas. And seems the most likely thing that will happen... kind of the trend. These newer creatures are crushing creatures of the past giving people strong incentive to get newer creatures. Whether that be hackster to take advantage of this, or creatures designed to power through him.

    I bought mine knowing there was a chance this all got blended. It’s a Linux geek hamster, I didn’t care it wasn’t in any books haha. I make all my investments knowing there’s some chance the value of those investments can change, something rare in this community it seems. But it doesn’t seem that’s going to happen and the people who have invested huge chunks of resources have a point this is unfair to them. Now there aren’t as many, so you can probably stomp all over them without concern far more safely than all the thetys lovers. We’ll see...

    This makes sense because Hackster should definitely be more powerful. It’s a hamster!

    @Fox

    Can we get the priority of this escalated? This has been going on for at least a month now and the endless dragon/spirit/sea wars are ruining the war experience. A big part of the sales pitch for the library is that this will increase variety in wars, but that doesn't happen if keep rotating the same 4 books endlessly.

    @karryt - Nice idea, I guess a return extra coins button actually does exist.

    Also from what I can tell they did a great job of taking back the coins in our situation (and I'm very glad they did, we didn't want them). The only exception is it seems there was a glitch within the glitch and I got paid less than rest of team for 1 war and so I got more taken than the glitch paid by about 350. Whatever. Not like 350 war coins are worth anything anymore.... But the person that left before being paid didn't get any taken and I'm happy about that.

    @C0ntr1v3d

    We also launch instantly every time because we are extremely active. After having collected war coins. What happened to my team was that the war coins didn't get paid. So I reload the game, nothing. Click start war and get "already in war". Keep trying because we're not in a war - youre giving me the results page! And finally it ended and paid a bunch of times. At first we had no idea either, especially since other members all of the sudden are seeing messages on Facebook where everyone is getting giant totals. So the same thing ended up happening the next war too. Now to finally avoid this and get a normal log I had to jump through hoops. War ended, nothing. I wait 15 minutes reloading the game a dozen times. Nothing. I click start war - afraid now because I know what's causing this and the entire community is flipping out and wanting teams like ours banned, and I most definitely don't want another double log. Got the "already in war" message. Reload the game and finally it ends, single logged. Whew...

    It seems strange to me since once I figured out how to single log once glitched it was actually a process not to double log. So when you see lots of doubles (or more) with singles in the middle of it, you feel like they must know the process and decided not to use it all of the time.

    And like I said, I've seen these types of logs for months now. Many here have. The war coin totals on all of the top teams are all bloated and mathematically impossible right now. I realize that some of the increases were due to phasing out rare and under wars but some of it is these double logs... which again go back a long time in many cases. And it's extremely frustrating with how this was handled.
