    Very frustrating as I still have not heard anything from customer support. This is getting very annoying. If I hadn't spent so much real money on this game, I would have just uninstalled it a week ago when I realized that their customer service had no intention of making things right. There was a mistake (NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!) and they need to look into my case and at least tell me what I was banned for. Again, I did nothing outside of the normal game play that I have been doing for 3 years! Nothing different. I have all VIPs (Kaif the Eradicator is level 130 and the others are at least 105 or more), 4 Voltaik (one 130, one 120, 115, and 105, all 3 Xirons, all 3 Talos (up to level 115), pretty much every other Nemesis monster, and many other legendary's that are leveled up over 100, with most being 110-120. I also have a bunch of level 10 runes that I spent A LOT of time (and money) crafting, It is not fair how I am being treated.

    @tom-cooper I'm banned from any social interactions and joining any events. I can still go in to the game and play some stuff.

    As for the banning, it would be nice to know what I did, but they won't respond and they never let me know. I know for a fact that I did not cheat. I have no idea how you would cheat.
    Nothing I did was even remotely deserved a ban, especially a permanent one. I have been playing this game the same way for 2-3 years and I don't do anything that is not normal game play. Their system had to of made a mistake, but they won't even respond to me. Again, I definitely did not do anything wrong. There is no doubt about that and they need to make it right.

    I have been sending messages to the Customer Support link from within the game and I have not been responded to yet. This is getting very frustrating because I was permanently banned for NO REASON! I have never cheated and my account has spent A LOT of real cash on in-game purchases. I never received a reason for my banning or any contact whatsoever! This is really making me question whether I want to continue making purchases in Dragon City as well. I have not made a single purchase since this banning in either game and I will not ever again if this isn't resolved soon. I don't understand how a paying customer (not just a little pay, but A LOT) can be treated so poorly. This is getting very frustrating for me!

    I understand that this isn't the place for this post, but no one is responding to me.
