    Just saw an app update today but did not resolve the issue. Is it typical to not hear from support at all in these situations? I didn't even receive an acknowledgement email with a case or ticket #.

    I've submitted two support tickets with no response asking for assistance with Dragon City on my son's Chromebooks. In both cases I have two Chromebooks that will not load Dragon City. We've tried clearing the cache and forcing the app to close with no success. When you click on the app you receive a black screen that never goes away unless you force the application closed.

    We have not tried reinstalling the app because I fear all progress will be lost on their games. We did not tie their accounts to Facebook (too young) or Google Play before this issue occurred.

    Please provide a solution or some recommendations for this issue.
