What do you think about the changes?

I am not happy with how much harder this will make using the leagues to train weaker dragons.

@Ricky-Aldy If you reach lap 15, you will be given the High dragon just as if you had won the race. But, the High dragon is awarded at the end of the race.

    In 8.4, I got 4 hatching not 4 breeding...

@Stilor Actually, no, since you probably won't get the same dragon in all three chests... It will take a lot of races to get lucky and summon even one of those 😞

@v0danh As far as I can tell, the timer resets any time you claim an item. So, in your scenario, if you claim an item, wait 3 minutes, then claim another item, you will need to wait 5 minutes after the last item claimed to get a point back in your pool.

Or, to give you a different example, using your numbers: if you claimed the first 3 items quickly, then waited for 14 minutes, then tried again. You would be able to claim 2 more items, and then would have to wait a whole other 5 minutes for the last one. So it's important to wait long enough before trying again.

@V.1 Let's see if I can make this more clear:

    • You start with a full pool. Every time you claim an item successfully, one point is removed from the pool. If the pool is empty (zero), you cannot claim items.

    • After you claim an item, the pool will start refilling. After the time specified under "Wait", the one more point is added to the pool. BUT, and this is important, every time you claim an item, the wait time is RESET. So, in the example above, where the wait time is 2h40m, let's say you get two breed tokens, then try a bunch of times and get another one after 15 minutes of trying... you will need to wait for 2h40m from your last success to get a point in the pool so you can finish.

    • Because of the previous point, your total wait time might be longer that Time listed in the chart. One effective strategy is to empty the pool, wait for time specified by Time and then finish. BUT, see next point:

    • The number of points in the pool will never be larger than the initial value. This becomes important when the number of items needed is larger than twice the pool size.

    • Finally, to reiterate what has been said before, for many actions, the chances of getting a token might be low. Collecting food from a 30sec grow has chances of something like 5%, while collecting food from 12h grow is basically guaranteed.

There seems to be an inconsistency:

    • in the race info, it says: Reach LAP 13 and be rewarded: 50 Galaxy FAE Orbs

    • in the game, under lap rewards, it says only 25 Galaxy FAE Orbs

Does anyone know which one of these is accurate?

@Bettina-Löffler Actually, it's not clear what happens to the lap awards if you enter an active race in progress...

@Nynaevelan Since any points that people earn stay in the race, I don't think having other people hopping on is a problem. What I was saying instead is that a bunch of people in a strong Alliance could avoid having to run in an active race by mass switching to an Alliance in a slow race. There are a couple of people in slow races asking others to do exactly this in the Alliance Grove. I don't think this would be cheating per say, more of a strategic advantage.

@Nynaevelan So, the question is, what would stop a group of people from changing now to some very low level, inactive, open Alliance so that they can participate in a slow race rather than competing against the top teams?
