I just want to say thank you to the development team and Social Point management. You fix the problem I had extremely quickly and efficiently. I'm amazed at how truly helpful you guys are and how you take a step by step approach to fixing a problem and walking a user through it.
Truly the best game I have played.
Iv been playing this amazing game for 17 days now and i have made many successful purchases on my mobile phone (Android) but yesterday I made a purchase for a Vessel of gems at 20% off and the purchase was accepted and the money went of my account but I received no gems at all. I was wondering what i can do because it is quite a lot of money. (I have closed and opened the game and restarted my phone).
Any advice or help on what I can do will be most appreciated. Thank you for taking your time out to read this.
