    I joined Dragon city 5 years ago, this game is enjoyable but I have a problem that is really annoying and more annoying for the ppl who have a low internet connection, In fact since I started playing this game I lost at least 300 gems bcz of careless mistakes (speeding up worthless things, when u press 2 times in a row "Fight" and then u fill up the lives) all these things make u loose gems really easily, I know there is a feature which asks you to confirm the purchase with gems but it's only for things that are more expensive than 20 gems, but It has to work even for 1 gem, bcz if u lose 19 gems and then 19 gems and again more gems, this will really make you feel discouraged especially if you have a goal to reach like "Unlocking an Island", I'm making this topic bcz I lost 30 gems in 2 days, I made a request to support team but I don't think i'll get it back, but I ask Social Point to think about adding a confirmation for every action which involves gems using, even though I know that's a business trick that you use.

    Never used a hack or anything but the thing is that now I can't even play on my phone, I made a purchase of 30$ but 1 day later that problem occured

    Can't enter in the game, I opened Dc and the loading stopped and a pop up appeared saying me to install the newest versio but there was no new version, so I uninstalled it installed it but same, I cleared the cache files ... same, also a lot of ppl got the same problem as me as I saw on the section comment of the last publication in Dragon city FB page

    I noticed that I had in my store 10 common artifacts and when I put them on the Island and then closed and clear the cache files and opened the game I didn't get the Clarity dragon, I couldn't summon it or get it in the store, Hope there is a solution, Thx in advance

    In addition to all I posted in this previous section, I think an update would resolve the problem, even if that update does not have the appropriate code to solve the problem, the fact that we download a new version of the game would correct this dysfunction, I also asked my self, is the duse of ******. corrupting the game.

    Hello, I'm a 55 lvl dragon city player, I left this game 4 years ago but I came back to play it, but this time I played it on Android, I downloaded and I saw a bunch of new features, dragons ect... And I also saw the grove thing, alliance. The first week, I could join an alliance and do a lot of things but after that, I logged in the next day, I saw I was thrown out of the alliance, I tryed to join one but it said I coudn't do this action even though I had enough masterpoints, so I tryed to create an alliance, same thing "You cannot do this action", I went on "My Profile" Tab and I saw my Mp's were lower and everytime I feed my dragons or I get new ones, the value of Mp's didn't change, I went on the leaderboard tab and I saw my Mp valus was "0" and I wasn't even ranked, So I contacted the Support Team and they said that they were working on it, a few days later I also noticed something, I couldn't attack my friends but the thing is I could attack them before that problem arrived, when I click on "Attack friend" the game shows me this message "Reload the game", I tryed a lot of things to solve this problem, I reinstalled the app, I clear the cache files and rebooted it, and also power off my phone for 5 minutes, I tryed the game on another Android, but the same problem occured, I downloaded it on an Ipad, but again same problem, and I came to an conclusion that it has nothing to do about the Device, or the cache files, but it's about the Facebook of the player.

    Hope this problem get resolved as soon as possible.
