@Kerry-Bowers Actually, this is a holiday weekend in Barcelona. They will not be in until Tuesday. It may actually take them a few days to get back to you. Keep in mind, they have over a million players for each of their games. That means thousands of reports to sort through.

    @Ballo-Meme said in doubles:

    Should it not be obvious?

It is easy to lose track when you have a few hundred. I have found duplicates a few time by accident. Since adding the dragon book and the features there, it’s made it easier. Still, 750+ dragons, one or two may slip by.

@ODDBALL You can try sending a ticket to support telling them that you thought you were purchasing something other than cells. Be as clear and polite as you can be. You might get lucky and get a synpatheic support person who will do the refund as a one time thing.

Sometimes they’ll do a refund, sometimes not. Doesn’t hurt to try.

@Bruno-Pedron He doesn’t want too much involvement with Facebook. He can actually post his info to our FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS THREAD, and he can add people from there that are looking.

@Christian-William Those things are Facebook only to balance things out a little. Mobile has features that Facebook does not. The biggest is Freebie Island. Which is a pretty big deal when you think of how often we get bonus free gems, gold, food and event coins. Facebook also does not have Alliance. Which means no alliance chests, and until very recently no primal dragon.

They can now purchase the Primal Dragon for gold, in the market now.

So, the daily calendar, roulette, and Wizards won’t be coming to mobile. In my opinion, mobile offers a LOT more than Facebook.

@dragontamer This can become quite tedious if you have a lot of dragons, but here’s one easy way.

Look in your Dragon Book. If there is a particular dragon that you think has duplicates, select it. See the three circled areas on the screenshot below? A single dragon will not have any of those icons. The circles indicate that I have 3 Pure Dragons. The arrows let me scroll between them. The levels, I just circled so you can see the differences between them.

They also tell you now when you hatch a new dragon that it is new, and as you move it to a habitat, it will show their spot in the Dragon Book. It will not show this if you are hatching a duplicate.

@Carson-Toler Facebook based games are meant to promote social interaction. So no, there is no way to get around the building requirements. You either use gems, or expand your circle of friends.

Making game friends on Facebook is not as bad as so many people think it is. With the privacy settings you can limit your interactions to just games.

There are also numerous opportunities to earn free gems in the game. You just have tb be really good at saving them up for things you reall want in game.

@leonardo719 As an FYI, the forums are mostly player maintained. All we can do is give you some advice or inform the Community Manager when a game issue seems to be wide spread.

With that being said, you can submit a bug report but don’t expect an answer very soon. This is not only the weekend, but a holiday weekend which means they won’t be back in the office until Tuesday and they have a huge player base so it takes time to sort through and check all of the requests.

In your report, you will need to provide more detail then you did here. Things such as: what we’re you doing in game to obtain the gems? What were you doing when you noticed them missing? Were you doing any activities where you could have accidentally spent them...crafting (not sure if this is an ML feature) speeding up breedings or hatchings? Lastly, did you wait a few minutes after getting the gems to allow your game data to save?

Hope this helps, and good luck.

@Anna-Mazzatura Please do not create duplicate threads for the same issue. It becomes confusing if there are multiple threads.

Locking this one since I already responded in the other.

@Anna-Mazzatura It actually sounds like you don’t have enough free memory to load the game properly.

There are a few things you can try to get it up and running again:

    1. Empty your browser and flash cache files.
    2. Delete any unused apps, pictures, music, etc.
    3. Completely reboot your device...shut completely down for a minute or 2 before turning it back on.
    4. Try a different platform. If on mobile device, try Facebook. If on Facebook, try mobile.
    5. Try a different browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome.

If you still have issues after all those steps,Delete and reinstall the app. As long as your game is associated to Facebook, you won't lose your progress.

If you still experience the issue after trying these steps submit a bug report to Social Point. A link to the instructions are in my signature line.
