    @Joshua-Walters the offices are actually closed on weekends unless the have game stopping issues. For something like this, I would give it til. Weds or so. Keep in mind, the response may not be one you want. They don’t generally do refunds.

    @Danni-Jensen You can send them a ticket and ask them for a response. J/k. There is nothing we can do about that. We are gamers just like you. Support does not read the boards. I can however, offer some tips when submitting a ticket that may actually help.

    1. Write a CLEAR description of the problem you are having. Include the platform, device, and anything you tried to remedy your issue. You would be surprised at the number of tickets sent in that say “My game isn’t working, please fix it.”

    2. Be polite and respectful as you would want someone to be towards you. When support begins reading a ticket and it is filled with foul language and threats, it is more likely to get deleted...unanswered. They do not have to tolerate rudeness.

    3. BE PATIENT!!! Social Point has millions of customers and several games around the globe. They get a ton of tickets everyday. Tickets that have to be sorted through and prioritized with game stoppage issues being most important. They also do not work weekends.

    So, keep these things in mind when submitting a ticket. Don’t expect an immediate response. In fact, if the issue is widespread you probably won’t get more than an auto response saying they are aware and working on it. If it’s a smaller issue, give them a few days.

    Final tip...do not send in multiple tickets for the same issue. That just adds to a backlog of support tickets. If it has been more than a week or 2: you can send a follow up. But, I wouldn’t send it sooner or more frequent than that.

    Just went through my list. Poison up was the last one I needed. Now just concentrate on breeding events and money makers.

    I need some clarification because through translation it says you won a Legacy and the one pictured is the one sold in the market. Are you saying you purchased it and never received it?

    When it appears in the Dragon Book asshown, it means you did have it but possibly sold it.

    I was looking for the post regarding the newest breeding event. Since day 2...after we all got our Scout Dragons, my husband, daughter, and myself have been continuously breeding Scout and Master. We have even spent a few gems here and there to speed things up. Not one of us has had any success getting Salimander. So exactly what are the odds of successful breeding? I would think the odds really suck since this is 3 separate games and not 1 success!

    @Razak-Bara This happens frequently and can usually be resolved by clearing your cache and turning your device off for a few minutes. When you reboot your device, load up your game and just give it a few minutes to completely load up.
