    @nynaevelan Thanks for the suggestions! My choices are iOS, Android, Facebook, or Amazon. I used to be Facebook. Is that the option to select? I wish there was one for Windows. I always clear cache and now my user ID.

    I purchased a Diamond Chest for coins and did not receive it. Tried to contact support numerous times but I get an error message that tells me to reload and try again. Playing on Windows platform. Is there an alternate way to submit a ticket? This is not the first time it has happened. Thank you!

    Well, since I still couldn't see gem packs to purchase any gems, I uninstalled my game and reinstalled it, which seemed the logical course of action. And I could purchase gems again! However, when I load my game (level 86), I have six islands. I can't see anything except towers, mountain, breeding tree, tree of life, sanctuary, coliseum, and dragonarium. No farms, no heroic race, etc. Which is sad, since I had hoped to reach level 20 today in the race. I doubt I will get a response from tech support if I submit another ticket. So, it will be the end of my time in Dragon City. Thanks everyone, for your help. You've all been great, and I had a lot of fun!

    Payment is not the problem, it's just that there is no option to purchase gems. As in there are no gems available to buy. I've restarted the game, cleared browsing and cache. Still can't do it. Also unable to cash in the piggy bank; it just spins, if that makes any sense. I have the Windows version and have not had a problem until now. Luckily I'm on lap sixteen, so I'm hoping this is just a glitch.
