Does the wait time stack like if wait time is 10 mins for 1 feed item and if i wait 20 mins will i be able to collect 2 feed items or just 1?

Can u guys add dragons from naruto like 9 tailed fox(kuraama). In general tailed beasts from naruto anime if u know what i mean.(i would love if there were dragons like this in game) (if theres any copyright claim or what ever just make it a little bit diffrent)
