Well I tried contacting them in the past two weeks but as i said no answer

Whenever I try to click on something in the ancient world it just says clear I can’t do anything else and if I cleared something the game crashes
I tried contacting the support team two weeks ago but they didn’t respond until now
I just want to this feature since I’m nearly lvl 30 and I was excited about the ancient world so please help me
