@LilCricketPa It's happened to me at least 2 or 3 times that neighbours help me with the marketplace, but I don't get the extra bonus.
This is not an issue of the marketplace finishing and restarting, because it is within the same countdown, for example it's at 4 hours to collection and I see a few friends have helped, then I leave the computer, and when I come back a couple hours later it's 1 hour to collection but it shows that nobody has helped and I don't get any bonus at all.
Has this happened to anyone else?
