Would the rainbow tokens be a permanent item in the storage or will it be gone after the rainbow event?

@bettina-löffler Haven't collect enough statistics, but as of now, it usually happens when I do the hatching quest in heroic race by buying terra dragons and hatching them.

When I just play for some time, there's a window pop up saying there's something wrong, restart the game. I don't know what is wrong.

@LilCricketPa Thanks for the wish in getting the Yggdrasil. Here's good news for me: They responded to my ticket and had "credited me the Yggdrasil Dragon into my account". It is just that, I still didn't receive the Dragonverse Tree (even though it doesn't really big of the deal), however it gives wonderful memories to my efforts.

I didn't receive any response from Dragon City support for many days, so I decided to redo the "contact us" and hope for response and can help me get Yggdrasil and dragon verse tree decoration.

I didn't received Yggdrasil + Dragonverse Tree even though I already participated, being first place + qualified. I just didn't click the rewards to receive before the new race called "Food Race" so I'm concerned about this since I used my time and effort into this heroic race. I already contact to support a week ago.
