    @nynaevelan yeah i figured it out. Dont know why "Support" wouldnt directly link you to the contact in game.

    Bought her a few minutes before the event ended and turned my phone off since i was busy at the time. Come back later and the game has a restart with the sad turtle screen and realize that my gems were still at 700+ and that I didnt get the egg. In the screenshot, I didnt not click the hatch or the storage, but it still took the gems away in the screenshot. Spent a ton of my time through out the last day trying to get this monster, please help me out.

    Note : I tried to use the social point "Contact us" both in game in browser, and in game there was no way to contact moderators which is baffling. and in browser, they have some outdated cap robot checker thats not a browser plugin.
