    I know that... If SP tells them why many players don't see Monsterwood ads , that 3rd party may change this 12 hourly gap thing....
    Only low level players give extra time to Monsterwood... Once they get higher, they lose interest in Monsterwood due to these timings problem

    SP gets revenue from Monsterwood videos...
    But the videos appear at interval of 12 hours from last video seen... Many times at odd hours when we can't see them...
    Many players , including me, then decide not to take trouble of watching those videos....
    As a result total video viewership goes down, and hence revenue of SP....
    So, if all the videos during a Monsterwood event can be seen at any time within the event period, without any fixed gap period between them, then definitely the viewership will increase... Players will be able to see them at their convenient time, and are definitely more likely to see more videos than they do now...
    More videos will bring more revenue to SP...

    Another way for benefit of SP...
    Restrict a minimum number of gems which can be deposited... Say minimum 150 gems... That way the players having less than 150 gems will have to purchase more gems to reach the Mark of 150 before they can contribute...
    Again, if by purchasing a small pack of gems, to make it 150 , a player can get guarantee of getting a race monster, they are more likely to purchase...
    It's more likely that more players will be ready to purchase small small gem packs then bigger ones if race monster is guaranteed .... Which will increase SP's revenue...

    How will SP get benefit from this... ?

    3 types of players join the game...

    Free to play : can't afford

    Pay to play :

    Can pay to play : have a limited money, but are afraid to spend on a game during races because it doesn't give them guarantee that the team lead won't kick them and they will get the race monster.... So they don't spend money on races.... These and some other players become f2p because of their bad experience during their early days of entry level, when one or the other team kick them out of race once they have spent money on gems... They develop hate for game and end up becoming f2p, and find alternative game where they can get guarantee for the money they spend...
    Many pay to play players also go to an alternative game , leave monster legends, just because teams used them for gems and then kicked them....

    Such players will become pay to play if SP can give them guarantee that by spending gems/money they will definitely get the race monster ....
    Team Gem vault is solution for that...
    If I spend my money to purchase gems for race, and by contributing to vault I get the guarantee of getting the race monster, I am more likely to spend money on gems during race....
    .
    There are high chances of an increase in pay to play during race if SP can provide some kind of promise to them that they will get the value of their money if they are spending it during race....
    .
    My Team Gem vault is that promise to the players.... And for SP, a way to get more pay to play players during race....

    Option of Team Gem Pool/Vault for race, in which team members can contribute gems to be used in race....
    Gems will be used from this Pool to skip tasks in race....
    It will have following options :

    1.) Option to select for which tasks this Pool can be used... Team lead can decide and select the tasks for which this Pool can be used....
    .
    2.) Option to select which members can use gems from that Pool to complete race tasks... Some players are too childish to be given the freedom to use the pool, so in order to avoid such incident, lead can decide which players can use it...
    .
    3.) Names of the contributors with gem number will be recorded ... Also the the name of player who uses and the task he/she used it for....
    .
    4.) Players can contribute in it during the race only...
    (This way leads will not be able to misuse their power of collecting gems during no-race period and then kicking out the players)
    .
    5.) Remaining gems will be carried forward to next race....
    .
    6.) There will be an accept button... A player can offer to contribute to Team gem Pool.... It's up to team lead to accept it or decline... If the lead accepts it, then he can't remove the player till the end of the race...
    (Same kind of thing is already in use in team battlegrounds... If a player puts his team in battleground defence, he can't be kicked out of team till the event ends...)

    Point number 7 for benefit of SP :
    7.) Restrict the minimum number of gems which can be contributed by a player... e.g. 150 gems

    People will ask what if the team lead is evil...?? He will recruit players with gems, get it deposited in pool, and then kick them out....

    Point number 6 is for the solution of this problem....

    This will put a check on those evil team leads who recruit players during race, make them to use gems, and then kick them out once they have no more gems to spend in race.... Now player will deposit gem in team race pool, if the lead accepts it then he will not be able to kick the player out until race ends....

    Exactly... When you look at race points, hardly 20 of the 30 players participate... Since we can't force anyone to race, it will be good if we have option to remove them from race rewards (while keeping them in team for wars) ....
    Nobody likes to kick out players and then search for new ones after every race... those who want race rewards will help as per the teams requirements.... Those who don't want, they will get their individual rewards and will retain their place in team for other activities...

    Let me clarify...
    Not every member in team has enough time to get involved in race and make points... But, they are good players of team for wars...
    If you check members points during races you will find two extremes... Some making more than 20k points, while others hardly getting 1,000 points in seven days.... And those 1000 points are also from one or two hard nodes which they skipped...
    So, if we keep a minimum point system, 2 things will happen which will destroy the race for the team....
    1.) Players will make, say required 5,000 points by doing easy tasks and then will sit on it without helping further... Which is not good for race...
    2.) Players who don't have enough time to play the game and participate in such a time consuming event as race, will not be able to make required points... And since they won't get points, they also won't help by using (wasting) gems.... In which case they will be kicked out of team...
    .
    So let the team lead with the team decide before each race what should be the landmark for their team .... what should be the expectations from different players... We can't expect same contribution from everyone... On one side lower level players can help by doing easy tasks, which gives them a lot of points and can easily get much betting 10k points.... on the other hand higher level players who are not interested in doing tasks , or players who don't have much time to give to race tasks, can help by skipping some hard nodes, which doesn't give much points to them but is a good help for the team....
    .
    For example if I m not able to participate much in any race... Then , as I have not helped much I should forfeit my claim for team position reward, and at the same time I should be able to get individual rewards whatever help I have done.... And at the same time I will be able to retain my position in team, without facing any protest from those who have worked hard in race .....
    .
    About forcing to use gems, that is still going on... No team crosses 10 laps without using gems .... Those players who don't use gems are kicked out by many teams...
    So, a sensible team will set rules for players according to their ability... For example my team don't expect gem help in race from low level players....

    About allowing a single person to decide Fate of rest of 29 players, it is still there... My suggestion will not affect that.... Even today that single person decides fate...
    If my suggestion is applied, it will provide Justice to those who work hard for race... And encourage others to help the team in one of the desirable ways as decided by team before race.....

    Getting points is easy... No team gets a high ranked monster just by getting points... What actually gives them monster is by skipping hard nodes like epic and legendary breeding...
    .
    And about abuse, even today players are being kicked out for not doing as per expectation of team.... Which deprive them of their individual rewards too, not only the team reward ... This option will at least allow them to get their individual rewards, and place in team too...
    .
    If you are a sensible team lead you won't abuse this... And those hard working players will also not demand to kick out those who didn't help in race...
    .
    This will bring Justice to the race ... Those who work hard will get rewards, those who don't work won't get the team position rewards for which others have invested much of their time and money...
    .
    Basically this will decrease the number of freeloaders in every race....
    .
    Those who work hard in races they will understand what I want to say....

    Team race is a major team event in game which is enjoyed thoroughly by many players....
    While some of the players of the team play it sincerely and spend a lot of time and money in it..... Others just don't participate at all, but are eligible for equal team rewards which only active players should get..... This creates frustration among active players and they end up becoming less active with each race.... Or the team ends up broken down into pieces...
    .
    A simple solution to this i suggest is to give the option to team leads to decide who is eligible for team position rewards according to his/her performance in race... There should be an eligibility box which Team Leads can check and uncheck... Team leads will decide and announce the check-point every player has to cross in order to become eligible for team position rewards.... Those players who comply to this by being active , team lead will check the box in front of their name so that they can get team position rewards at the end of the race ...
    .
    This will help in 2 ways...
    1.) Players who are spending time and money won't feel cheated as they will get the team position rewards for which they had worked.
    2.) Team will not break as their won't be any need to kick out those players who are not performing in race, but are good for team wars....

    This won't affect the individual rewards which they will get as per their performance...
